2026 Pricing

The following rates apply to non-emergency medical transportation and wheelchair transportation services in Walla Walla, WA and surrounding areas.

Ambulatory Transportation (no wheelchair)
$25 flat rate (one-way within Walla Walla or College Place)

Wheelchair Transportation
$50 base rate (one-way) + $2.50 per mile
$75 round-trip + mileage
Additional stops: $25 per stop + mileage

Stretcher Transportation
$200 base rate (one-way) + $2.50 per mile
$400 round-trip + mileage

Additional Fees
After-hours service (before 7:00 AM or after 6:00 PM): $20
Holiday service: 25% added to total fare
Cancellation fee: $20 if not canceled at least 2 hours in advance

Mileage
Mileage is calculated from the pickup location to the destination.

Booking Policy
All rides must be prepaid at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Regular clients may request monthly billing with approved terms.
